What we called Angel Biscuits

Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. yeast
  • 1 cup warm water
  • 3 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 Tbsp cooking oil
  • 2 cup flour

Preparation

Step 1

Dissolve yeast in warm water with sugar,salt and cooking oil. Add flour and mix well. Roll out and cut with a biscuit cutter. Let rise in a warm place for 45 minutes. Brush with melted butter and bake 15 to 20 minutes at 400 degrees.
