Homemade dish soap

Ingredients

• 1 1/2 1 1/2 1/2 C hot water
• 1/2 1/2 1/2 C homemade liquid hand soap, castle soap or regular very inexpensive (dollar store) dish soap
• 1 1 1 T white vinegar
• 1 1 1 T washing soda
• 1 1 1 T borax
• 20 20 20 drops of lime juice
• an old squirt bottle or your own container

Preparation

Step 1

Mix all ingredients and pour into your container. It's a bit thinner than store bought but works just as well.


I recently tried this with the dollar store dish soap which truthfully by itself doesn't work well BUT combined with the other ingredients worked as well as castle soap at half the cost!
