Green Chili Mac-n-Cheese

Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef or ground turkey
  • 16 oz. cooked pasta of your choice
  • 1 jar Texas Two Step Green Chili Stew Mix
  • 1/2 cup shredded Mexican Blend cheese
  • 8 oz. velveeta cheese

Preparation

Step 1

Cook pasta in boiling water according to package directions.

Meanwhile, brown ground meat & drain.

Continue pasta, stew, meat & velveeta cheese together in a baking dish; then top with grated cheese.

Bake 375 degrees for 30 minutes or gold & bubbly.
