Pizza Dough (Marilyn)

Ingredients

• 1 1/2 c hot water
• 1 yeast
• 1 T sugar
• 3 1/4 c flour
• 3T oil

Preparation

Step 1

Let hot water, yeast and sugar rest 5 minutes. Add flour and oil. Knead on floured surface. Let rise (covered with towel) for at least 1 hour. This makes enough dough for one cookie sheet. Bakc 410 25-30 minutes.
