Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons chili powder
- 1 tablespoon ground cumin
- 2 teaspoons cornstarch
- 2 teaspoons kosher salt
- 1 1/2 teaspoons hot smoked paprika
- 1 1/2 teaspoons ground coriander
- 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper, or more based on how spicy you want the mix
Preparation
Step 1
Add ingredients to a spice jar. Seal the jar then shake. Store the taco seasoning in a dark pantry up to 6 months.
Add the seasoning to dishes based on your taste. For 1 pound of meat, add 1 to 2 tablespoons of taco seasoning.
