Eggnog Bundt Cake Recipe

Ingredients

• 1 box yellow cake mix
• 1/2 cup sliced almonds
• 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
• 2 tablespoons rum
• 2 eggs
• 1 1/2 cup eggnog
• 1/4 cup oil

PREPARATION:

Arrange almonds on the bottom of a greased bundt pan. Mix all other ingredients with an electric mixer for five minutes. Pour into the bundt pan. Bake at 350 F for 50-60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the cake comes out clean. Cool 10 minutes and then invert onto a plate.
