Asado de Carne - Pot Roast

Ingredients

  • 1 Asado (pot roast beef)
  • Carrots
  • 2 cups of chicken broth
  • 1/2 bottle of red wine
  • 2 Tb of honey
  • Fresh thyme
  • Potatoes in squares
  • Parsley

Preparation

Step 1

Season the meat very well. Fry the meat for all sides. Remove and fry the onions and carrots. Season and add the broth, wine and honey. When it starts to simmer, add the meat. Place it in oven with fresh thyme at 350 degrees for 2 hours.

Put potatoes and place it back in the oven. When done add parsley.
