BREADMAKER = Peach Bread

Ingredients

• 2 eggs, beaten
• 1 1/2 - 2 cups peaches, peeled and chopped, may be frozen
• 1 1/2 c. all purpose flour
• 1/2 t. baking soda
• 1/2 cup oil
• 1 c. sugar
• 3/4 t. salt
• 1 t. almond extract
• 1/2 t. vanilla extract
• 1/2 c. chopped nuts if desired

Preparation

Step 1

Add ingredients to breadmaker in order listed. Add nuts if desired in the add on time in breadmaker. Cool. May add glaze of 1 c. powdered sugar, 1 T. milk, 1/2 T. melted butter, 1/2 tsp. almond extract and 1/4 t. vanilla extract mixed in a bowl to a thin glaze.
