Hungry Girl NJ Style Buffalo Wings

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup whole wheat ground panko bread crumbs
  • 8 oz uncooked skinless boneless chicken cut into 10 nuggets
  • 4 TBLS Franks hot sauce
  • 2 TBLS white vinegar
  • 2 TBLS water
  • 1/4 tsp oregano
  • 1/4 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/4 tsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp butter buds
  • salt and pepper to taste (give a dash)
  • 2 celery stalks, sliced into strips
  • 2 carrots, peeled & sliced into strips
  • fat free ranch dressing

Preparation

Step 1

• In a large bowl combine chicken, hot sauce, vinegar, water, oregano, paprika, garlic powder, chili powder, butter buds, salt and pepper.
• Mix well and let marinate for 30 min.
• Pre-heat oven to 375. Add coated chicken into breadcrumbs bag and shake until coated.
• Spray cooking sheet with cooking spray.
• Place chicken on pan and bake 10 minutes; turn & bake 7-8 mins or longer.
• Serve with celery sticks & fat free Ranch dressing Enjoy!!!
