Ingredients
- 1/3 cup whole wheat ground panko bread crumbs
- 8 oz uncooked skinless boneless chicken cut into 10 nuggets
- 4 TBLS Franks hot sauce
- 2 TBLS white vinegar
- 2 TBLS water
- 1/4 tsp oregano
- 1/4 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/4 tsp chili powder
- 1 tsp butter buds
- salt and pepper to taste (give a dash)
- 2 celery stalks, sliced into strips
- 2 carrots, peeled & sliced into strips
- fat free ranch dressing
Preparation
Step 1
• In a large bowl combine chicken, hot sauce, vinegar, water, oregano, paprika, garlic powder, chili powder, butter buds, salt and pepper.
• Mix well and let marinate for 30 min.
• Pre-heat oven to 375. Add coated chicken into breadcrumbs bag and shake until coated.
• Spray cooking sheet with cooking spray.
• Place chicken on pan and bake 10 minutes; turn & bake 7-8 mins or longer.
• Serve with celery sticks & fat free Ranch dressing Enjoy!!!
