Ingredients
- 1 lb lean turkey
- 1/2 cup diced onion
- 1 tsp minced garlic
- 24 oz low fat marinara sauce
- 15 oz low fat or fat free cottage cheese
- 2 cups reduced fat mozzarella
- 1/4 cup egg beaters
- 4 oz of any kind of wheat noodle
- 16oz bag of frozen cauliflower (about 5 cups)

Preparation
Step 1
• Brown turkey & onion. Drain, rinse & return to pan.
• Add garlic, cook one more minute.
• Add sauce & simmer 5 minutes.
• Cook cauliflower in microwave 3 minutes. Stir. Cook 3 more minutes. Chop.
• Mix cottage cheese, mozzarella, & egg.
• Pour 1 cup spaghetti/meat sauce into slow cooker.
• Sprinkle in half of the noodles & half of the cauliflower.
• Add half of the cheese mixture.
• Cover with 2 cups of spaghetti/meat sauce.
• Top with remaining noodles, cauliflower, cheese mixture & sauce.
• Cover & cook on low for 4 hours
• Makes 10 servings.
