Sweet Potato Shepards Pie

Ingredients
- 1 large sweet potato cut into 2-inch pieces
- 1 tbsp. chive and onion cream cheese
- 1/2 pound ground beef
- 1 cup mushroom
- 1 chopped green onion
- 2 tbsp. balsamic dressing
- 2 tsp. flour
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 cup frozen peas

Preparation
Step 1
Heat oven to 375.
Microwave potatoes in a small bowl on high for 4 minutes or until tender. Mash until smooth. Add cream cheese and mix well.
Brown meat with mushroom and onion and dressing in a large skillet; drain. Mix flour and water. Add to meat mixture; cook constantly. Stir in peas; spoon into 2, 2-cup ramekins sprayed with cooking spray.. Cover with potato mixture.
Bake 15 minutes or until heated through.
