Ingredients
- 2 ciabatta rolls, split
- 1 tea. olive oil
- 2 Tbsp. Horseradish Mayonnaise
- 4 oz. roast beef, thinly sliced
- 2 oz. smoked cheddar cheese, sliced
- 1/2 cup baby spinach leaves
- 1/4 cup thinly sliced red onion
- 4 thin slices tomato
- 2 drained pickled pepperoncini peppers, thinly sliced
Preparation
Step 1
Place ciabatta, cut side down, on a work surface and brush crusts with oil. Turn ciabatta over and spread with horseradish mayo. On bottom halves, evenly layer with beef, cheese, spinach, onion, tomato and peppers. Cover with top halves and pr3ess gently to pack.
Grill in panini until golden brown.
