Pumpkin Ravioli with Sage Butter Sauce

Ingredients

  • 8 oz. fresh pumpkin ravioli
  • 1/3 c. butter
  • 12 fresh sage leaves
  • 1/4 tsp nutmeg
  • 1/4 c. nuts : hazelnuts, pecans or walnuts, chopped
  • 1 tblsp Olive Oil

Preparation

Step 1

Cook ravioli in boiling water

While the ravioli will be ready in 5 min, melt the butter on low heat

When melted, sprinkle with nutmeg & brown the sage leaves for 3 min

In the meantime, warm the olive oil over med. heat in a small frying pan - add nuts & brown

Drain the ravioli

Plate the ravioli, pour sauce over & sprinkle with nuts
