Ingredients
- 2 ciabatta rolls, split
- 1 Tbsp. olive oil
- 2 Tbsp. Chipotle Mayonnaise
- 4 oz. roasted chicken breast, thinly sliced
- 2 oz. pepper Jack cheese, thinly cheese
- 4 thin slices tomato
- 4 thin slices red onion
- pinch salt
- pinch pepper
Preparation
Step 1
Brush ciabatta rolls with oil. Turn rolls over and spread with mayo. On bottom halves, evenly layer with chicken, cheese, tomato and onion. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Cover with top halves and press gently to pack.
Grill in panini until golden brown.
