Ingredients
- Topping:
- 1 1/2 cups brown sugar
- 1/2 cup margarine
- pinch of salt
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 2 cups flour
- 1 1/2 - 2 cups raw rhubarb, chopped
- 1 cup milk
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp vinegar
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 tsp or more of cinnamon

Preparation
Step 1
Cream sugar and margarine until fluffy. Mix milk, baking soda and vinegar and set aside.
Add salt, vanilla and egg to the sugar mixture and beat until blended. Add milk alternately with flour to sugar mixture and blend.
Fold in rhubarb. Pour into a greased 10 x 13 pan. Sprinkle with topping.
Bake 350 for 45 minutes.
