- 1/2 C flat ginger ale if you prefer use ginger tea
- 1/8 C pineapple juice
- a pinch of ground anise or a whole anise steeped with your ginger tea and strained before drinking

mix all ingredients at room temp. (if using tea allow to cool) sip slowly
repeat as often as needed.
