Hot Pepper Jelly Dipping Sauce

Perfect for meatballs or try it on plain grilled chicken wings or spareribs.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup bbq sauce
  • 1/3 cup orange marmalade
  • 1/3 cup hot pepper jelly
  • 2 Tbsp. cream style horseradish
  • 1 Tbsp. honey mustard
  • 1 Tbsp. fresh lime juice

Preparation

Step 1

In a heavy, medium non-reactive saucepan over low heat; combine the bbq sauce, marmalade, jelly, horseradish, honey mustard, and lime juice. Cook, stirring often, just until the marmalade and jelly has melted.

Use immediately or cool, cover and refrigerate for up to 7 days. Rewarm over low heat before serving.
