Ingredients

  • Wrap:
  • 1 1/2 c milk
  • 2/3 c flour
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • Salt
  • 3 eggs
  • Filling:
  • 1 egg
  • 2 8 oz. packages cream cheese
  • 1 8 oz. cottage cheese
  • 3 tbsp confectioner's sugar
  • 3/4 tsp vanilla

Preparation

Step 1

Wrap:

Mix all ingredients together and refrigerate for 2 hours.

Heat up small saute pan over medium heat. Spray with cooking spray. Ladle 2 oz. batter into pan and turn to coat. When crepe is cooked through, flip and cook for 30 seconds.

Filling:

Mix all ingredients together.

Assembly:

Spoon filling in crepes and fold over all four corners to form square. Bake in oven for 20 minutes at 350 degrees F.
