- 10 CLOVES GARLIC DICED AND SAUTÉ IN OLIVE OIL
- 2 TBSP OLIVE OIL
- 2 TSP SALT
- 2 TSP BLACK PEPPER
- 2 TSP THYME
- 2 TSP PAPRIKA
- 2 TSP GROUND MUSTARD
- 2 TSP ONION POWDER
- 1/4 TSP GROUND THYME
- 1/4 TSP GROUND MARJORAM
- 1/4 TSP GROUND ROSE MARY
- 1/4 TSP GROUND SAGE

SAUTE THE GARLIC IN OLIVE OIL,. THEN APPLY TO ROAST , MIX REMAINING SPICES AND APPLY TO ROAST, COOK IN 350 F OVEN TILL AN I.T. OF 145 - 150
