Swiss Green Beans

Ingredients
- 2 tbsp. butter
- 2 tbsp. flour
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 2 tsp sugar
- 1/2 c. grated onion
- 1 c. sour cream
- 4 c. drained green beans
- 1/2 lb grated swiss cheese

Preparation
Step 1
1. Mix butter, flour salt, pepper and sugar in a small saucepan over a low flame.
2. Add onion.
3. Remove form heat.
4. Cool; add sour cream.
5. Mix this with the green beans and swiss cheese.
6. Put this in a greased casserole and bake at 400 degrees F for 20 - 30 min.
