  • 2 Ears corn on the cob (un husked)

Preparation

Step 1

Take the Ear of Corn still in husk with silk – place in microwave.
Microwave on high for 4 minutes for 1 ear
(You can do 2 ears at a time – just increase cook time to 8 minutes)
Remove from Microwave – use a towel or be sure to wear heat resistant gloves – corn will be HOT
Cut bottom of ear off (upper side of bottom where ear starts to taper about an inch up the cob)
Hold on to silk and give corn a couple of good shakes
Corn will drop right out of bottom – fully cooked – no silk!
