CINNABON CINNAMON ROLLS (bread machine)

Ingredients
- FILLING:
- 4 Tbsp melted butter
- 4 Tbsp water
- 1/2 box Instant Vanilla pudding (1/2 of a 3.4oz box)
- 1 cup milk
- 1 egg (beaten)
- 1 Tbsp sugar
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 4 cups flour
- 2 1/2 tsp active dry yeast
- 1/2 cup softened butter
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 2 tsp cinnamon (can be doubled)

Step 1
ROLLS: place ingredients in machine following the specs of your particular machine. Set for dough cycle. After complete on dough cycle, remove from machine and roll out to 17”x10” (approx) rectangle.
FILLING: Mix together brown sugar & cinnamon. Spread softened butter over dough, sprinkle sugar mixture over top
Roll tightly from long end, pinching edges closed when completely rolled. Slice rolled dough into ½” slices (or larger if larger bun preferred). Place into greased cake pans (13” x 9” pans ?) (19-20 buns). Let rise until doubled.
Bake @ 350 for 15-20 min until golden (do not overbake)
FROST:
4 oz cream cheese (softened)
¼ cup butter (softened)
1 ½ cups icing sugar
½ tsp vanilla
1 ½ tsp milk
Spread over very warm rolls
ANOTHER FROSTING:
3 cups icing sugar
4 Tbsp butter (softened)
1 tsp vanilla
3 Tbsp milk
