Ingredients
- 1 link andouille sausage
- 8 small okra
- 8 21/25 ct shrimp in the shell
- 8 2" long pieces of celery
- 1 large bell pepper cut into 1" strips
- 2 large chicken/duck breasts, cut into 2" cubes
- 1/4 cup grapeseed oil
- salt, white and black pepper, and cayenne to taste
- 2 bay leaves, crushed finely
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- Louisiana hot sauce to taste
Preparation
Step 1
cut the sausage into 8 equal pieces. toss all meat and veg with oil, thyme, s &p, and bay leaveas.
place on skewers and grill over medium heat until chicken is cooked
serve over long grain rice with hot sauce
