Ingredients

  • 1 link andouille sausage
  • 8 small okra
  • 8 21/25 ct shrimp in the shell
  • 8 2" long pieces of celery
  • 1 large bell pepper cut into 1" strips
  • 2 large chicken/duck breasts, cut into 2" cubes
  • 1/4 cup grapeseed oil
  • salt, white and black pepper, and cayenne to taste
  • 2 bay leaves, crushed finely
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • Louisiana hot sauce to taste

Preparation

Step 1

cut the sausage into 8 equal pieces. toss all meat and veg with oil, thyme, s &p, and bay leaveas.

place on skewers and grill over medium heat until chicken is cooked

serve over long grain rice with hot sauce
