Ingredients
- 3 + C cooked chicken, diced
- 1/2 C chopped celery
- 3 C cooked rice
- 3 hard cooked eggs, chopped finely
- 1 small chopped onion
- 1 can Cream of Chicken soup
- 1 can sliced water chestnuts
- 1 can Cream of Mushroom soup
- 1-1/4 C mayonnaise
- 1 t lemon juice
- 1 stick melted butter
- 1 C crushed corn flakes
- 1/2 C sliced toasted almonds

Cooking time 30mins
Preparation
Step 1
Mix all ingredients together. Top with 1 stick melted butter, 1 C crushed cornflakes, 1/2 C sliced almonds. Spread over top evenly and bake at 350° oven for 30 minutes. Use more corn flake topping if desired, increasing proportionately.
