Ingredients

  • 3

    + C cooked chicken, diced

  • 1/2

    C chopped celery

  • 3

    C cooked rice

  • 3

    hard cooked eggs, chopped finely

  • 1

    small chopped onion

  • 1

    can Cream of Chicken soup

  • 1

    can sliced water chestnuts

  • 1

    can Cream of Mushroom soup

  • 1-1/4

    C mayonnaise

  • 1

    t lemon juice

  • 1

    stick melted butter

  • 1

    C crushed corn flakes

  • 1/2

    C sliced toasted almonds

Directions

Mix all ingredients together. Top with 1 stick melted butter, 1 C crushed cornflakes, 1/2 C sliced almonds. Spread over top evenly and bake at 350° oven for 30 minutes. Use more corn flake topping if desired, increasing proportionately.
