Ingredients

  • 3 cans whole kernel corn, drained
  • 1 box Jiffy corn muffin mix
  • 1 stick butter, melted (or 1/2 C)
  • 1/4 to 1/2 t garlic powder
  • 1 can creamed corn
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 C sour cream
  • shredded cheese

Preparation

Step 1

Mix all ingredients except cheese. Pour into 9x13 inch pan and bake at 350° 30-45 minutes or until fully cooked in center. Delicious. I expect one could add more of anything to increase the size. Original recipe only called for 1 can whole kernel corn. Not enough.
