Cabbage Slaw

Ingredients

  • 3 cups sliced cabbage
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon dark sesame oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon sugar
  • 1/4 cup cilantro leaves
  • 1 jalapeño pepper, very thinly sliced
  • 1 ripe peeled avocado, sliced

Preparation

Step 1

1. Combine the first 5 ingredients. Chill 1 hour. Add cilantro and jalapeño; toss. Top with avocado. Serve immediately.
