Ingredients
- 2 cups flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder
- 1/3 cup egg substitute
- 2 T. Blue Bonnet light margarine
- 1/2 c. brown sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup semi sweet chocolate chips
- 3/4 cup fat free yogurt
Preparation
Step 1
Mix flour, cocoa and baking soda together
In mixer add brown sugar, and egg substitute, combine til creamy. Add dry ingredients, add chocolate chips and vanilla. Drop by Tablespoon to cookie sheet. Bake at 350 for 9-11 minutes. Should yield 55 cookies. Freeze or eat and enjoy. I use a melon baller to measure cookies evenly.
