Ham Glaze

Ingredients

• 1 . 1/2 cup honey + 2 tbsp apple jc concentrate
• 2 . 1/2 c strawberry pres., 1tbsp lemon jc., 1/8 tsp cinnamon & cloves
• 3 . 1/2 c. orange marmalade, 2 tbsp bourbon
• 4 . 1/2 c.mango chutney, 2 tbsp O.J.conc., 1 tsp curry
• 5 . 1.5 tbsp spicy mustard,2 tbsp peach Schnapps, 2 tbsp lemon jc., cinnamon

Preparation

Step 1

whisk ingredients together and brush on ham in the last 30 minutes of cooking.
