    cups (4 ozs.) French's Original or French-fried onions

  • 2

    tablespoons flour

  • 4

    boneless skinless chicken breasts

  • 1

    egg beaten

Directions

Preheat oven to 400 degrees Crush French Fried Onions mix with flour in a plastic bag. Dip chicken in egg, then coat in onion crumbs. Bake at 400 for 20 minutes until cooked through.
