Pork Tenderloin (Slow Cooker Pulled Pork)

Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 2 to 3 lb. pork tenderloin
- 1 can french onion soup
- 3/4 cup ketchup
- 1/4 cup mustard
- 1/4 cup barbecue sauce
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 6 tablespoons apple cider or apple juice

Step 1
Place oil in a fry pan and brown the pork loin on all sides. You are not cooking the loin, just giving it a nice brown.
Mix the remaining ingredients in your slow cooker.
Place browned pork loin on top and turn so all sides are basted in the sauce.
Cook on low for 8-9 hours. Remove pork from slow cooker and allow to sit for 15 minutes.
Turn slow cooker to high and cook another 15 minutes leaving the lid off. This will allow your sauce to thicken.
After letting pork sit, take two forks and shred the pork. Return to sauce and mix well.
Serve on Kaiser rolls with coleslaw.
