Ingredients
- 1-1/2 cups white rice
- 3 cups chicken stock
- 2-1/4 teaspoons herbes de Provence
- 1-1/2 pinches sea salt
- 1-1/2 pinches pepper

Step 1
1.In a medium saucepan stir together rice, chicken stock, herbes de Provence, salt, and pepper. Set over high heat, and bring to a simmer; cover, and cook 20 minutes. Fluff with a fork, and serve.
