Rice with Herbes de Provence

  • 1-1/2 cups white rice
  • 3 cups chicken stock
  • 2-1/4 teaspoons herbes de Provence
  • 1-1/2 pinches sea salt
  • 1-1/2 pinches pepper

1.In a medium saucepan stir together rice, chicken stock, herbes de Provence, salt, and pepper. Set over high heat, and bring to a simmer; cover, and cook 20 minutes. Fluff with a fork, and serve.
