Pancakes for One

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup flour
  • 1 1/2 tsp sugar
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup milk (or more)
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 2 tsp baking powder

Preparation

Step 1

Heat skillet or griddle on medium heat.

Blend all ingredients Pour in batter. Flip pancakes when batter stops bubbling and edges turn golden brown, 3 - 5 minutes. Cook for an additional 2 - 3 minutes.
