Instant Pot Mac and Cheese

Ingredients

  • 16 ounces large elbow macaroni
  • 3 cups water
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 16 ounces Velveeta

Preparation

Step 1

Put macaroni and water in Instant Pot. Make sure water covers pasta. Secure lid and select Manual and cook under high pressure for 5 minutes. Do a quick release. Change setting to Saute. Stir in butter and milk. Stir in cheese until completely melted. Remove from heat and serve.
