Ingredients
- Frosting:
- 1 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. margarine (or butter) - softened
- 4 beaten eggs
- 1 c. flour
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 16-oz. can Hershey chocolate syrup
- 1/2 c. nuts (if desired)
- Pour into 9x13 greased pan and bake 20-30 minutes at 350 degrees.
- 2 c. powdered sugar
- 1/2 c. margarine
- 2 Tbsp. milk
- 1/2 tsp. peppermint extract
- Green food coloring
- Glaze:
- 1 c. chocolate chips
- 6 Tbsp. margarine (or butter)
- (melt in double boiler or microwave)
- Frost when brownies have cooled. Let frosting set before pouring glaze over the frosting. Cut into squares.
