5 ingredient soup

My mom gave me this recipe. She eats it daily. It is very tasty! I started losing weight after adding it to my regular diet. Sometimes I add hot sauce to spice it up a bit! I hope you enjoy it as much as I do!

Ingredients

  • 1 Can Fat Free Refried Beans
  • 1 Can Chicken Broth
  • 1 Can corn
  • 1 Can black beans (sometimes I use the ones with jalapenos and lime for a different twist)
  • 1 Can diced tomatoes

Preparation

Step 1



Rinse the black beans and put in a pot with the other ingredients. Cook until refried beans are no longer thick and soup is hot. Ladel some up and enjoy it today! Delicious!!
