Ingredients
- 1/2 cup reduced-fat butter, melted
- 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
- 1/4 cup dark corn syrup
- 1-1/2 cups pecan halves
- 1 package (18-1/4 ounces) butter pecan cake mix
- 1 cup BREAKSTONE'S® Reduced-Fat Sour Cream
- 1/3 cup unsweetened applesauce
- 2 eggs
- 2 egg whites
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Preparation
Step 1
•In a small bowl, combine the butter, brown sugar, corn syrup and
pecans. Spread evenly into a 13-in. x 9-in. baking pan coated with
cooking spray. Set aside.
•In a large bowl, combine the remaining ingredients; beat with a mixer
on low speed for 30 seconds. Beat on medium for 2 minutes. Transfer
to prepared pan.
•Bake at 350° for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted near
the center comes out clean. Cool for 5 minutes before inverting onto
a serving platter. Serve warm or at room temperature.
