cups chicken broth
cup dry orzo pasta
T. minced oil-packed sun-dried tomatoes
T. crumbled feta cheese
tsp. each kosher salt & black pepper
Bring broth to a boil; stir in orzo. Return to a boil. Cook uncovered , stirring, until liquid is absorbed, about 9 minutes. Remove saucepan from heat. Stir tomatoes and feta into orzo, mixing until feta melts slightly. Season with salt & pepper.
