Spicy Crab Salad

Ingredients

  • 3 oz. canned crab (drained)
  • 1/3 cup reduced-sodium canned black beans (rinsed and drained)
  • 1/3 cup cooked corn
  • 1 oz. crushed corn chips
  • 2 cups spinach
  • 1 Tbsp lime juice
  • 1 1/2 tsp olive oil
  • 1/8 tsp chili powder

Preparation

Step 1

Toss crab, beans, corn and corn chips. Top spinach with crab mixture. Combine lime juice, oil and chili powder. Drizzle over salad.
