Ingredients
- 3 oz. canned crab (drained)
- 1/3 cup reduced-sodium canned black beans (rinsed and drained)
- 1/3 cup cooked corn
- 1 oz. crushed corn chips
- 2 cups spinach
- 1 Tbsp lime juice
- 1 1/2 tsp olive oil
- 1/8 tsp chili powder
Preparation
Step 1
Toss crab, beans, corn and corn chips. Top spinach with crab mixture. Combine lime juice, oil and chili powder. Drizzle over salad.
