Sweet and Sour Carrots

Ingredients
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 4 1/2 tsp. cornstarch
- 1/4 c. vinegar
- 1/4 c. butter
- 4 c. cooked carrot slices, drained

Preparation
Step 1
1. Place carrots in buttered casserole dish.
2. Mix sugar, vinegar and butter.
3. Heat until it begins to boil.
4. Dissolve cornstarch in water and stir into the first mixture.
5. Pour this sauce over the carrots in the casserole dish.
6. Bake at 400 degree F for 20-25 min.
