creamy tuna and Noodles

Ingredients

  • 1/2 of a 1-lb) package egg noodles,uncooked
  • 2 tablespoons butter or margarine
  • 1/3 cup finely chopped oniion
  • 1 (10 3/4) can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/3 cup milk
  • 1 ( 10-oz) package frozen peas,thawed and drained
  • 3/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon seasoned salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 (6-1/2 oz) can Star Kist Tuna,drained and flaked

Preparation

Step 1

Prepare egg noodles according to package directions:drain.In medium skillet melt butter.Add onion;cook until tender.Stir in soup,milk,peas,
Parmesan cheese,seasoned salt and pepper.Cook stirring constantly until hot.Blend in sour cream.Add noodles ans tuna;mix well.Heat through.Serve immediately.Refrigerate leftovers.
