Ingredients
- 2 lb asparagus, fresh, trimmed into bite size chunks
- 1 can(s) cream of asparagus soup
- 1/3 c milk or water
- 1/4 c dry bread crumbs
- 1/4 c parmesan cheese
- 2 Tbsp butter, melted
Preparation
Step 1
Place the asparagus in a 1.5 qt. shallow baking dish.
Stir the soup and milk in a small bowl and pour over the asparagus. Mix the bread crumbs and butter in a small bowl and sprinkle over the soup mixture.
Bake at 400 degrees F for 20 mins. or until golden brown and bubbly.
