Ingredients
- 4 oz. crabmeat, shell and cartilage removed, flaked
- 1 1/2 oz. sliced cooked asparagus or 1 can peas
- 1/2 c. chopped onion, cooked
- 1 c. shredded Monterey Jack cheese
- 1/4 c. grated Parm cheese
- black pepper
- 3/4 c. flour
- 3/4 c. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 2 tbsp. butter or margarine, chilled
- 1 1/2 c. milk
- 4 eggs, lightly beaten

Step 1
Preheat oven to 350. Lightly grease pie plate or 10" quiche dish. Layer crabmeat, asparagus and onion in prepared dish; top w/ cheeses. Season w/ pepper.
Combine flour, bak. powder, and salt in large bowl. Cut in butter w/ pastry blender or 2 knives till mix forms coarse crumbs. Stir in milk and eggs; pour into pie plate.
Bake 30 mins. or till filling is puffed and knife inserted into center comes out clean.
