Chocolate Cherry Cake

Ingredients

  • 1-2 layer chocolate cake mix
  • 1 can cherry pie filling
  • 1 Tbs almond extract
  • 2 eggs
  • powdered sugar

Preparation

Step 1

Combine all ingredients except powdered sugar. Mix by hand until thoroughly combined. Pour into microwave or glass bundt pan, that you have greased and sprinkled with sugar. Microwave on high for 13-14 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes before removing from the pan.
Cake may be frosted with chocolate icing or powdered sugar. (Use sifter to sprinkle powdered sugar)
