Random Cheesey Ham, Corn and Potato Soup

Ingredients

  • ham bone
  • 4-5 potatoes
  • 2 Tbsp chix bouillon
  • 1/2 package onion soup mix
  • 1 can kernal corn
  • diced ham
  • 1 package of cream cheese
  • salt and pepper to taste

Details

Preparation

Step 1

Boil ham bone. Retain 3-4 cups of stock.
Cube potatoes and boil in broth.
Add chix bouillon, onion soup mix, corn, diced ham and cream cheese (cut in small cubes).
Add salt and pepper to taste.
Boil to thicken.
Reduce heat and simmer until potatoes are cooked.
