Ingredients
- 1 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/4 tsp lemon pepper
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 6 skinless boneless chicken breasts
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 8 oz sour cream
- 1/2 cup dry white wine of chicken broth
- 1/2 lb fresh mushrooms, sliced
Preparation
Step 1
1. Combine salt, pepper, paprika, lemon pepper and garlic powder. Rub over chicken. Place in slow cooker.
2. Combine soup, sour cream and wine or broth. Stir in mushrooms. Pour over chicken. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 5 hours.
3. Serve over potatoes, rice or couscous.
