- 4 slices white bread, torn into pieces
- 1/2 cup whole milk
- 3 garlic cloves
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 1 egg
- salt and pepper
- 1.25 lbs ground chuck
- 1.25 lbs ground pork

Step 1
working in batches, pulse bread in a food processor until crumbs form. Should yield 3 cups. Transfer to a bowl. Stir in milk, let set 10 minutes.
Puree garlic and onion until smooth. Pulse in egg, 2 tsp salt, and 1 tsp pepper to combine.
Mix garlic mixture into breadcrumb mixture. Add bee and pork, mix until just combined.
Divide into 2 portions, use for meatballs or meatloaf.
