Potato Broccoli and Sausage Skillet

• 2 cups of water
• 2/3 cup milk
• 2 tbsp butter
• 1 box 4.9 betty crocker scalloped potato
• 2 cups sliced fully cooked polska kiebasa
• 1/2 cup thick chunky salsa
• 2 cups frozen broccoli florets steamers

Preparation

Step 1

Heat water,milk and butter to boil. Stir potato and sauce mix. Add sausage and salsa stir until well mixed. Reduce heat cover and simmer 15 mintues stirring occasionally.

Stir in frozen broccoli. Cover cook 8 minutes longer until potatoes and broccoil are tender
