Ingredients
- 24 green onion tops, cut into 3 in. julienne strips
- 6 oz. lump crab meat
- 1 4 oz. block cream cheese
- 1/4 cup minced green onions
- 2 tsp. fresh lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp. hot sauce
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 24 won ton wrappers
- 1 egg white lightly beaten
- cooking spray
- 2 Tbs. low sodium soy sauce
- 1 Tbs. water
- 1 Tbs. fresh lemon juice

Preparation
Step 1
drop green onion strips in boiling water, cook 10 sec., drain, set aside
combine crab meat with next 6 ingredients in med. bowl, stir well
working with 1 won ton wrapper at a time ( cover remaining with damp towel) spoon 2 tsp. crab mix into center of wrapper
moisten edges with egg, gather corners and crimp to seal
tie 1 green onion strip around edges
arrange half in a single layer in steamer coated with cooking spray
steam covered 8 min. or till tender
pan fry bottoms in 2 Tbs oil
combine soy sauce, water, and 1 Tbs. lemon juice and stir well
