Decorator Frosting

Ingredients

  • 5 cups confectioners' sugar
  • 3/4 cup shortening
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/3 cup non-dairy powdered creamer
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Preparation

Step 1

Combine all ingredients in mixer and mix until fluffy for a few minutes. Makes enough to frost a 9x13 cake or an 8-inch 2 layer cake.
