Ingredients
- 1 cup plain non fat yogurt
- 2 Tbs. lemon juice
- 1 tsp. caraway seeds crushed
- 1/2 tsp. ground cumin
- 1/2 tsp. ground coriander
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. crushed red pepper
- 1/4 tsp. black pepper
- 3 cups chopped cooked chicken breast (1 1/2 lb)
- 1 cup drained canned chick peas
- 1 cup julienne green bell pepper
- red bell pepper
- 1/2 cup chopped red onion
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 1 (2 1/4 oz.) can sliced ripe olives, drained

combine first 8 ingredients in med bowl
stir well
add chicken and remaining ingredients
toss well
